About Birth Ready

Birth Ready is a Christian childbirth preparation class series for expectant couples designed by Inga Goodwin, a Christian Certified Childbirth Educator.

The interactive lessons cover all stages of childbirth, from pregnancy to postpartum and newborn care with an appreciation for God’s design in the birthing process and a respect for the many choices expectant parents must make along the way. At the end of each class, participants practice key labor coping skills.

Each lesson plan has coordinated practical parent handouts, so participants can review class material at home. Below is a list of class names.
